Tuition

Tuition is based on an average of 37 weeks of instruction over 10 months. For the convenience of the parents, tuition may be paid annually, semi-annually, or monthly for 10 months (August through May).

If at any time a class is to be dropped, a parent must notify the teacher and place a written notice in the tuition box. This must be done by the first of the month, or you will be responsible for that month’s charges.


Enrollment Fee

A fee of $20/student is due at the time of enrollment.

Discounts

A discount of $5/month will be applied to the second student of a family enrolled in a class. 
OR
A discount of $10/month will be applied to any student taking more than one subject. 

**Both discounts will not be given for the same child.

Late Fee

A $20.00 late fee will be assessed on all tuition received after the 10th of the month.

All returned checks will be charged a $25 returned check fee, which must be paid in cash. 


Costume Expenses

All costume payments are non-refundable.

In an effort to spread out the additional expenses of costumes, costume expenses will be divided out in four payments. The payment schedule for costumes will be as follows and will be added to tuition for the months of August, September, October, and November.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade (ballet, tap, and jazz) $55/month
Jr. and Sr. Company (tap, ballet, jazz, and lyrical) $75/month
Acro Classes $15/month (does not include half shoes)
Hip Hop $15/month (does not include shoes)

*if props are required four your child’s dance, a minimal charge could be added (around $5-$10)

Costumes will not be ordered for any accounts that are not current on December 1. If we have to order your costume(s) later than the original order, a fee of $25 per costume will be charged to cover the additional shipping and service charges by the costume company. This will not guarantee the arrival of costumes by picture day, and possibly recital.

Cheer & Tumbling Classes

Classes will be offered in four sessions. Tuition for each session is $140.

2019 - 2020 Season

  • Session 1: August 15th – October 15th

  • Session 2: October 21st – December 19th

  • Session 3: January 6th – March 5th 

  • Session 4: March 9th – May 7th 

  • There will be no cheer the week of recital, May 13th – May 17th

Payment for each session will be due the first week of that session. The enrollment fee will only be applied one time a year and is not required for enrollment into each session.

At the end of a session, each student will automatically be enrolled in the next session. If you do not wish to enroll for the next session, a parent MUST notify the teacher and place a written notice in the tuition box.

Cheer and Tumbling will follow the DSP schedule when it comes to Visitors Week, breaks, and holidays.

There is no recital or end-of-year showcase for Cheer or Tumbling students, but please visit during Visitors Week to see your child’s progress.

Enrollment, after a session begins, will be prorated.

Recital Fee and Show Tickets

A recital fee of $35/student (or $50/family) will be due in February.

Tickets will be available for purchase prior to each event. More information will be sent home at that time about how to purchase tickets.
